Matryoshka Nesting dolls tattoos for your inspiration
The Russian Matryoshka Doll is more commonly known as the Russian nesting doll.Matryoshka Dolls are artistic, fun and popular collector’s item.
Originally, Matryoshka was made to symbolize motherhood, namely the mothers of large families who are well fed, leading to the portly figure of the doll and her “family” inside of her.
I've actually seen a lot of Matryoshka, or Russian doll, tattoos lately (i won't go so far as to say they're the new owls or anything, but lets just say they're pretty damn popular).
And i even have one myself!
So i decided to do a post with some nice examples of Russian doll tattoos and save everybody a couple of hours of searching.
